Workflow management
Doxis workflow management gives every step in a process an owner and a deadline. When a manager goes on holiday, forwarding rules pass their open approvals to a substitute, and the workbasket shows who holds each task and who held it before.

Hybrid processes
Some steps are the same every time, and some depend on the case. Doxis runs both in one hybrid process: normative BPM fixes the routine steps at design time, and adaptive BPM lets people add ad hoc tasks as the process runs. When a claim needs a check from legal, the handler adds that task and it stays on the record.

Case management
