Doxis Streamlines Employee Compensation Communications Through New SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Integration

With the new integration, HR teams can now automatically generate personalized compensation statements using existing SAP data, which can be sent to employees and securely archived in digital personnel files in an audit-proof way. The integration builds on existing connectors to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping customers to further automate the compensation workflow of the employee lifecycle in their Doxis Document Management for SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Less administrative work, more reliable compensation statements

Once compensation planning is set up in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, HR teams still need to communicate individual pay decisions to employees. Once this planning workflow is set up, Doxis automatically generates the corresponding compensation statements using data already in SAP SuccessFactors, eliminating manual re-entry.

For global organizations, the new SAP SuccessFactors Compensation integration enables multinational enterprises to automatically localize communications to employees. To do so, Doxis uses multilingual templates and language information from SAP SuccessFactors to prepare localized statements, then adds delivery and tracking to the same document workflow. HR teams spend less time coordinating employee notifications and can see which statements have been delivered and read. The documents are then securely archived in digital personnel files for future reference and audit.

One document management solution from recruiting through compensation

From job application materials and electronically signed employment contracts to digital personnel files and compensation statements, Doxis Document Management for SAP SuccessFactors brings documents from multiple stages of employment together in one solution. Rather than managing separate document workflows and repositories for each HR function, organizations can apply consistent access permissions, retention policies, and deletion rules across the supported processes. The new compensation integration is available to both new and existing Doxis customers, with a preconfigured standard integration flow in Doxis Business Studio supporting implementation.
