As a (Senior) Backend Java Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing our content automation platform, developing high-performance, secure, and scalable backend services. You will work on cloud-native architectures, enhance system performance, and enable seamless integrations across enterprise environments

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java within the Doxis platform
- Optimize system performance and efficiency in cloud-based environments
- Contribute to the development of cloud-native architectures using technologies such as Kubernetes and Redis
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support automation, system integrations, and CI/CD workflows
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and high-quality releases
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using SAML, OIDC, and Keycloak
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade security standards, including data protection and access control
Your Profile
- Strong experience in backend development with Java (preferably Spring/Spring Boot)
- Solid understanding of JVM internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
- Proven track record in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (SAML, OIDC, Keycloak)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WOPI (Web Application Open Platform Interface), particularly in enterprise document management environments and AI Agentic would be an advantage!
