Performance Marketing Specialist — Paid Search & Social

We’re looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to take the lead on paid search, paid social, and video campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. You’ll own end-to-end performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube — turning insights into action through data, experimentation, and strategic budget allocation.

What you'll Do.

  • Own performance strategy and execution across search, paid social, display, and video channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube).
  • Manage and optimize budgets strategically, ensuring investment efficiency and alignment with ROI and pipeline goals.
  • Plan full-funnel paid tactics — from MQL generation campaigns to remarketing and retargeting sequences.
  • Set up rigorous testing frameworks (A/B experiments, creative testing, bid strategy validation) to accelerate learnings and performance.
  • Partner with internal designers and copywriters to brief, develop, and refine paid social creative — ensuring concepts, messaging, and formats are tailored to perform on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Partner with content, analytics, and campaign teams to align messaging, offers, and intent targeting.
  • Implement robust measurement frameworks using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM data to improve attribution accuracy.
  • Report on performance marketing KPIs — including ROAS, CPL and pipeline contribution — with actionable recommendations.
  • Use AI tools, like Claude or GPT, to automate campaign creation, optimize bidding, run structured testing, and generate actionable performance insights.
  • Stay on top of SEM, paid social, and performance marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven optimization techniques.

What You Bring.

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Proven record of managing budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Search, Display and YouTube campaigns; Microsoft Ads campaigns experience a plus.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns — primarily LinkedIn, with some Meta — is essential.
  • Sound understanding of the lead-to-pipeline process and marketing attribution models (multi-touch, data-driven).
  • Analytical thinker comfortable with reporting in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, PowerBI and Salesforce.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with creative teams to turn briefs into high-performing social ad creative.
  • Ability to translate campaign insights into strategic growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset across teams and time zones.
  • Fluent in English; data-savvy, curious, and proactive.
