About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality of our software throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers and the product team to catch bugs early, promote good security practices, and help deliver stable, robust releases.

Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of new and existing features
- Follow up to ensure security warnings (from scanning tools, code reviews, etc.) are addressed and resolved by developers
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Conduct performance/load testing to identify bottlenecks
- Perform API testing (functionality, error handling, performance)
- Write simple scripts for test automation and tooling support
- Document test results, defects, and improvement suggestions
- Contribute to test planning and quality assurance processes
Qualifications
- Experience with functional software testing
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with API testing (e.g. Postman, REST Assured)
- Basic understanding of performance testing (e.g. JMeter, k6, or similar)
- Ability to read and write simple scripts (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or Bash)
- Understanding of security principles in software development is an advantage
- Structured, accurate, and able to work systematically

- Independent, yet enjoys working closely with developers
- Quality-conscious with a good understanding of the user's perspective
