As a Customer Support Specialist with a focus on SAP, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SAP-related solutions.
Acting as a trusted partner to our customers, you will combine technical expertise with a strong service mindset to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do.

  • Analyze complex issues in the SAP environment (e.g. interfaces, document processing, customizing) and develop sustainable solutions in coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure the stable and smooth operation of our SAP-related software solutions in close collaboration with customers
  • Take ownership of end-to-end customer communication – from analysis to solution design and implementation
  • Document solutions and create structured step-by-step guides and best practices for your team
  • Support the analysis of error patterns in SAP systems (e.g. logs, dumps) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP environments (e.g. SAP ERP, S/4HANA, interface technologies such as IDoc, RFC, web services, or similar)
  • Ideally, experience in application support or working with SAP-related applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
  • Several years of experience in direct customer interaction, combined with solid technical understanding and basic business knowledge
  • Very good English skills, a structured and independent working style, and strong team spirit
