What You’ll Do.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from role scoping to signed offer
- Partner closely with leaders across departments to define hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market insights, talent intelligence, and best practices into every hiring decision
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on Active Sourcing via LinkedIn
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience - professional, engaging, and seamless from first touchpoint to offer
- Continuously improve our recruiting processes and ATS, leveraging modern tools, including AI-driven solutions
What You Bring.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment with a focus on Active Sourcing
- Proven success hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services); experience with IT roles is a plus
- Strong Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other, modern recruiting tools
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to effectively engage both hiring managers and candidates
- Excellent communication skills in English, with confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for technology, AI, and scaling teams that drive business growth
