Your responsibilities
- Manage the monthly close and reporting process for the International Doxis entities and provide guidance in line with Group policies
- Serve as the main point of contact for external accountants of our international subsidiaries, including France, Middle East, Norway, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Poland, UK and the US
- Own and drive intercompany processes (recharges, confirmations, reconciliations) and ensure timely resolution of open items
- Build and lead an international accounting team in Poland (hiring, onboarding, coaching, task allocation and performance development) to scale international finance operations
- Contribute to the optimisation/automation and standardisation of consolidation and intercompany reconciliation processes, and support the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Support the creation of a Group-wide Accounting Policy (create, maintain & roll-out)
- Support creation of the reporting package for the international entities, including cost center accounting
- Support Treasury with liquidity planning and forecasting for international entities
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, take ownership and drive special projects
Your profile
- Degree in business administration/economics with a focus on accounting/finance, or equivalent qualification with several years of relevant experience
- Several years of experience in accounting in an international environment (corporate or audit) with hands-on involvement in monthly reporting/close processes; SaaS/IT industry experience is a plus
- Proven ability to build, develop and lead a small team (or strong readiness to take on first-time people leadership in a supported environment)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes; experience working with ERP systems; consolidation system, in particular IDL Konsis, experience is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative - able to work effectively across teams and with external advisors
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset - comfortable with complex topics
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus
