Management consulting

We can advise you on organisational and technical options in accordance with your requirements, thereby providing comprehensive decision-making support. In terms of economic feasibility, we will show you simple, cost-effective options that will integrate perfectly into your IT infrastructure.

Requirements specifications

Our needs assessment, which forms part of the current-state analysis, is geared to your objectives and requirements. It takes into account your organisational workflows and IT equipment and highlights areas for potential improvement and rationalisation. Using this as a basis, our specialists draw up specific operational requirements for hardware and software. These are then used to produce detailed specifications, including all required functions, customisations and fields of application. Of course, you decide what system configuration is necessary.

Project realization

The project schedule covers project planning, design, implementation, installation, prototyping and testing, as well as operational roll-out. Throughout the project realization phase, our project managers will support you on site or, if desired, through online access to your system. As an option we can provide process documentation that complies with the principles of orderly electronic bookkeeping systems.

Training - SER Academy

SER solutions are easy to learn. Nevertheless, it is a good idea to familiarise your staff with SER solutions through training sessions so that they can make use of the full range of functions in a short space of time. Training can take place on your premises, at a SER office near you or at the SER head office in Neustadt/Wied. Our ‘SERacademy comes to you’ project also brings appropriate training content to business and public authority workplaces via blended learning. Using innovative forms of learning and communication, SERacademy offers individual units from its training programme in the form of Web-based and computer-based training.

Service

SER’s long-term service agreements contribute greatly to your investment security. You derive direct benefits from the ongoing adaptation of SER solutions to changes in market requirements and technologies. SER offers a number of different service packages: in addition to the standard service with hotline support, which is available during normal hours of business, SER offers additional services including system administration, system support and a 7x24 premium service. System administration provides proactive monitoring of your system and first-level support, while the 7x24 premium service package means that you have access to a dedicated support team of certified SER specialists 365 days a year with all-round system servicing and maintenance.
